Origin: The Tao of Tea, India

Introduction: Cha Bei (tea cups) in Gung fu style of brewing tea include a shallow cup for drinking, and a tall cup for smelling the aroma. The tea is poured first into the tall cup, teh shallow cup placed on it inverted, and while holding both together, flipped downwards. When ready to drink, simply pick up the tall cup and enjoy the aroma before sipping.
