Organic, Natural Spices Made with organic roasted dandelion root, roasted chicory root and ramon nuts. All herbs have a close resemblance in taste to rich, smooth coffee. Fresh Spices We blend the teas with fresh and small farm grown spices to bring you an authentic, uplifting Chai taste. You will find our Chais to have a balanced flavor. Sweetened with Coconut Sugar We use organic coconut sugar to sweeten the brew. Coconut sugar is produced from the sweet juices of tropical coconut palm sugar blossoms and contains no preservatives. It is known to have a much lower glycemic index than evaporated cane juice. Fair Trade Certified We pay a premium for our herbs and spices directly to growers ensuring ethical and fair farming practices. Microbrewed Artfully Since 1997, we have been serving freshly brewed Chai to visitors at our teahouses in Portland, Oregon. More recently, we have built a tea brewery dedicated to the art of pure leaf teas. Our Chai batches are small, made fresh and with attention to detail.
