Made from tender,spring grown leaf tips in Manjing Mountain, Yunnan. This is a green 'sheng' style puer that we have been aging since 2006. It is conducive for further aging.

Brewing tea from a Bing Cha is very easy. Simply break off a small portion of the cake, gently separate the leaf, and steep as you would any loose leaf tea. Use one teaspoon of compressed leaf per 8 ounces of 190F water and steep for 3 minutes. Provides at least three infusions.
