Varietal, Pure Iced Teas

Each tea season is unique.  Tea tastes different and requires the careful attention of a passionate brewer to craft something memorable.  In brewing tea, it is important to be able to taste, evaluate and adjust it to meet exceptional standards.  Our project on bottled teas is a labor of love and we spent the last couple of years building our micro teabrewery in Portland, Oregon.  It is designed to brew pure leaf teas in a manner that preserves leaf integrity while providing a lot of flexibility in brewing and tasting techinques. We do not use any extracts, powders or liquid flavors. We use only pure,whole leaf teas and spices in our selections.  Crafted in small batches. Organic. Direct-Trade.
