Brewing tea well is a challenging process.  It needs exceptional, fresh pure leaf teas, clean water and an artful brewer's hand to create memorable taste.  Trying to fnd an exceptional brewer to work with whole leaf teas, in micro batches is even a bigger challenge.  We wanted to offer in a ready-to-drink bottle, the same quality of our teas, that many have come to expect.  As a result, in 2010, we decided to build our own micro-teabrewery in Portland, Oregon.  Our teabrewery is dedicated to the art of tea brewing.  We do not use any powders, extracts or flavorings, but rather fresh, full tea leaves.  It is a small team of passionate brewers who craft every batch, through careful tending and extensive cuppings.  Although, an extensive task in putting up a new teabrewery,  the results are very rewarding.  We offer:
